FAQs

Do you work on all makes and models?

Our technicians are trained to service almost every make and model of car or truck, including compact imports, domestic brands, commercial fleets, and classic/antique cars.

How far out do I need to schedule an appointment?

Most maintenance appointments can be scheduled within a few days. For larger repairs or diagnostics, availability may vary, but we do everything we can to get you in as quickly as possible.

Do you offer financing?

We don't offer in-house financing but work with Koalafi and Synchrony to get you back on the road asap when those unexpected repairs are needed.

Can you perform Virginia State Inspections?

Yes, we're a certified Virginia state inspection station and can perform your required annual safety inspection.

Virginia requires most vehicles to pass a safety inspection every 12 months, which covers essential components like brakes, lights, tires, steering, suspension, and exhaust systems.

Our certified technicians will thoroughly inspect your vehicle to ensure it meets all current Virginia safety standards. If any issues are found during the inspection, we'll provide you with a detailed report and can often handle the necessary repairs right here in our shop, getting you back on the road quickly with a passing inspection sticker.

How do I know if I should bring my car in?

Beyond obvious warning signs like dashboard lights, unusual noises, or performance issues, you should bring your car in if you notice any changes in how it normally operates.

Things like different handling, decreased fuel efficiency, or unfamiliar smells.

Regular maintenance based on your vehicle's recommended service schedule is just as important as addressing problems, as preventive care can catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. If you're unsure whether something is normal or needs attention, it's always better to have our technicians take a quick look rather than risk further damage or safety concerns. We're happy to provide a free assessment and honest advice about whether immediate service is needed or if it can wait.

Do you replace parts or try to repair them first?

We are a customer first business meaning we will always give you the solution that we feel will be in your best interest. Your vehicle being safe and reliable for you and your family is our top priority. If something can be repaired while remaining safe and cost effective we will tell you. If it makes more sense to replace with a new part we will advise you to go that route while explaining the whys and being transparent about whats needed with you.

Do you service fleet vehicles?

Yes, we have many fleet accounts. Please call for more information. We would love to discuss your needs and how we can help keep your fleet running reliably for your business.
